The hotel design and atmosphere is really nice but the restaurant service, especially the manager at the bar was awful considering the price category. They are very slow and brought me not what I ordered, we ate the slightly bigger portion accidentally and they wanted to charge me the full price, saying that I ate it anyways.
We have been going to this hotel for almost 2 years and the service went from below average to appalling and also cleanliness went downhill. The entire hotel reception staff (not the cleaning ladies) are very rude, untrained, untrustworthy (wrong bookings twice) and unprofessional. Not intending to go back there. Zero recommendation

I booked an “experience” room, on the top floor, which was quiet and lovely. Super clean too.
Very interesting building. The room was really dark at night (which I really like) and the beds were comfy. The cocktails were excellent! Very nice breakfast too.
Just a small detail, the keys were a bit tricky when it came to turning on the lights. Also, we were directly above the kitchen which meant we had food smells during service.
The room is very quiet, and the bed was comfortable for a good night sleep and get rested. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was nice and good.
The room was comfortable but there was a smell like it hasn't been ventilated for a long time. The hotel area is quiet but a little too far from the city center. I spent the afternoon working on the library, it would have been nice to have the fireplace lit-on for a cosy atmosphere.
