The location of the hotel was amazing. We could walk around everywhere and come back to the room when tired. the staff was really sweet and helpful. The rooms were very cozy and I loved the way this boutique hotel was designed.
We absolutely loved our 10-day stay at Zorba & Bond! We came to Tbilisi to get married and, by happy coincidence, the hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the Public Hall - an ideal location since we had to visit it multiple times. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was warm, responsive, and eager to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Tika, who went above an...Read more
The location was just perfect! Very central and easy to reach by foot. The hotel room and facilities as exactly as described and shown in pictures. Very clean and modern furniture. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helped is to check in a bit earlier and allowed us to check out a bit later to match our flights schedule. Highly recommend and would definitely be staying here again.
Perfect location, clean and spacious, nice personnel always ready to assist
Transfer organized by hotel is two times normal price of the taxi.
Shower needs renovation. water pressure is very bad.
The hotel is very stylish and the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable and had an impressive wrap-around balcony. The location makes it very easy to explore the part of the old town near the clock tower, and there were lots of nice bars and restaurants on either side of the hotel. We chose the hotel because it’s only a short walk from the public services hall (we came to Tbilisi to get m...
It would be nicer if there were more common spaces, such as a bar or a restaurant. There is a small lounge, but there want enough space for us to use it while we waited for our airport transfer. There are several stairs to navigate to get in and out of the hotel, which wasn’t a problem for us but should be a consideration for people with limited mobility or heavy luggage.Read more
Great location; friendly staff; incredibly beautiful room (we stayed in the domed room with the big bath); very clean
Reception isn't manned continuously, and front door required a pin code or key fob. When we first arrived and we couldn't get in! This was resolved quite quickly by messaging the hotel through booking.com but was a little confusing on arrival....perhaps a phone number could be provided for guests to call when they get there?
The hotel is in a very central location. The balcony is lovely with a great view of the city. The room was clean and stylish.
There was not a lot of storage for clothes some more coat hangers would have been nice. The safe did not work and couldn't be fixed. The balcony door was difficult to open and close. The shared kettle situation was unusal. The main thing is that this is more "serviced rooms" than a hotel. This is because the reception is not open for a lot of the day (however some contact is possible via WhatsApp)...Read more
The hotel is located in an old clock tower which has been beautifully renovated. The staff went out of their way to assist us in anything and to make us feel at home. We stayed at the very top of the building in a stunning suite called the dome room with amazing views of the city.
We liked everything! Thank you for affording us a memorable stay in Tbilisi.
+ location, city view, friendly staff, cleanliness - small room, little noise from the street
