It would be nicer if there were more common spaces, such as a bar or a restaurant. There is a small lounge, but there want enough space for us to use it while we waited for our airport transfer. There are several stairs to navigate to get in and out of the hotel, which wasn’t a problem for us but should be a consideration for people with limited mobility or heavy luggage.Read more

Reception isn't manned continuously, and front door required a pin code or key fob. When we first arrived and we couldn't get in! This was resolved quite quickly by messaging the hotel through booking.com but was a little confusing on arrival....perhaps a phone number could be provided for guests to call when they get there?
The hotel is in a very central location. The balcony is lovely with a great view of the city. The room was clean and stylish.
There was not a lot of storage for clothes some more coat hangers would have been nice. The safe did not work and couldn't be fixed. The balcony door was difficult to open and close. The shared kettle situation was unusal. The main thing is that this is more "serviced rooms" than a hotel. The hotel is located in an old clock tower which has been beautifully renovated. The staff went out of their way to assist us in anything and to make us feel at home. We stayed at the very top of the building in a stunning suite called the dome room with amazing views of the city.
We liked everything! Thank you for affording us a memorable stay in Tbilisi.

Staff: Very friendly and helpful staff, they event went out to find me to help with parking! Location: it's a central location close to everything Design and comfort: the design is hilarious with thoughtful details, huge TV with Netflix, comfy beds, even Borjomi was for free. The electric kettle was outside in the shared area for some reasons :). However, it's not a problem
It is in a prime location and within waking distance to most of the tourist attractions. Room was as per described, it was decorated tastefully and all the items were top notch. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I cannot seem to find any reason not to book again.
Fantastic hospitality, breakfast in bed served on time every day.

Great vibe, friendly staff and exceptional location
The location of the Zorba&Bond was perfect. The rooms were clean, and the balcony and view were amazing. I initially had a standard room, but the upgrade to a balcony room was handled very quickly. I would especially like to thank Nutsa for her kind and efficient assistance.
