The location is the best! This area has so much to offer - so many historic sites, tours, restaurants, shopping and it's a very safe to walk around. The breakfast in the restaurant on the 6th floor was really nice. You have your choice of the buffet or you can order a la carte and we did both. The staff, especially Estaban, are extremely friendly. The 24 hour cafe on the main floor of the hotel wa...Read more
The coffee bar was included in the room rate, free coffee, juice, soda, pastries, sandwiches, fruit, snd beer! Room was very nice, comfortable bed and unlimited free bottled water.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had an experience with protests in the Zocalo - very large protests and we were advised by the staff ahead of time, given advice on how to manage the crowds, helped to leave the hotel (the numbers of protesters were really high, the streets were packed) we were escorted several blocks to waiting taxis. We found the rooftop terrace to be on the pricey side. The menu for dinner was a four course, expensive meal. Once in the for evening we often found ourselves there having a night cap and meeting other guests. Really a nice perk.Read more
The breakfast and the constant free coffee, sandwiches and beer
The price is high and you can find cheaper but this is the best
Great location.
Restaurant very cold. People needed to wear coats for breakfast! Loud music in restaurant
Almost nothing. We stayed in a junior suite (415) that looked out over the busy Zocalo, gorgeous and interesting day and night. The bed was comfortable, room spacious, and bathroom roomy. The breakfast in the rooftop cafe with the same view was excellent with a wide selection of prepared and ready to order dishes. In addition the lobby housed a 24 hour cafe that had food and snacks that were Free ...
I would not be raving as much if we didn’t have that room view but the roof top cafe makes up for it.Read more
The hotel it’s impressive with a very good location, I love the fact we had a cafeteria where we could eat and have any beverage. Also the staff are so friendly and ready to help with anything.
I would only pinpoint that breakfast was not to the standard and the price of this wonderful hotel, most meals were always cold.
It was in a central location. They offered a complimentary walking historical tour daily.

Our room wasn’t great. Windows didn’t allow us to see the street.l- they were too high up. The street was very noisy.
