Pros (+) Bed mattress is not comfy. There is elevator and need to climb the multiple staircases to go to your bedroom. Mosquitos in dining hall. Location is not good as you are far from the center of tourist shoppings and hangout places.

Pros (+) A beautiful old building, tastefully decorated with all the modern comforts, close enough to walk to from the ferry. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings. The staff were amazing and looked after us so well. We enjoyed relaxing in the seating area downstairs.

Very beautiful room, and big and comfortable too. Easy walk anyway in Stone Town. Super knowledgeable owner Daniella and kind helpful staff. I extended my stay I liked it so much. It’s a great choice.

The roof top of open air bath and sun beds were something we have never seen before. Cons (-) The air condition didn’t seem to work well because there was no gas and the cooling was not effective Also but surprised that there were no tea/coffee available in the room and only between 7-8 it was given complimentary while rest of the day it was chargeable
