This is a haven in Rhodes Old Town, just far enough away from the beaten path that you feel you're somewhere special, but still close to shops and restaurants. It's beautiful, and the management is fantastic. My daughter was sick the first morning, and Nikos helped me find a great doctor who had an appointment, and made sure I got there okay. The hotel is perfectly placed, staff are really friendly and professional, rooms are great and breakfast very nice. John the owner and Nichos the manager are both so helpful. Zacosta is highly recommended for your stay in Rhodes Town.

Absolutely nothing!
It was quaint, the room large, the bed comfortable. Perfect location in relation to old town- steps away. The owner, manager and housekeeper were very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in a perfect location, nice rooms, lovely breakfast. John and Nichos are so helpful.
Everything is great.
Communication was excellent and we were met from the ferry by the owner with a buggy to take us and our luggage to the hotel. We were given a bottle of wine on arrival and the room was air conditioned with an extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a huge variety of food to choose from. Wonderful stay, truly felt like guests in their home and we felt like nothing was too big an ask. John and Nikko could give a masterclass in customer service, they really were amazing. It was our first trip in Rhodes, staying in Old Town was so perfect. It was really nice of John and Nikos to pick us up from the ferry port. The breakfast was so good, we enjoyed it every morning. John, Nikos and the lady were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable for 3 people. We thank them for making our holiday great :)
