Pros (+) The staff and their service standards were very high. They were the best part of the stay. Location was good as well
Cons (-) This hotel has a gym but guests need to pay a charge to use the gym. The entry price is high and the gym is not even opened throughout the day. Breakfast is also expensive but the selection and quality is poor. The rooms are old and need a huge facelift.

Book a Bayview Standard Double expecting a good view of the iconic Ferris wheel but was only able to get a part view of the bay up to World Porter and city view towards the baseball stadium. There’s plenty of restaurants at the plaza link to the Landmark Tower and easy access to Kamakura & Enoshima. Pros (+) The room view was absolutely amazing. Staff top level and furnishing and décor very luxurious although a little aged, however still first class. Breakfast was a little below par for the investment but uninterrupted views to mount Fuji memorable.
Cons (-) Breakfast not as memorable as when this beautiful old girl opened in the mid 1990s.
