Very close to the National park but away from the crowds. Overlooks the mountains. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the bathroom is superb, the breakfast is mostly Asian (tasty noodles). There are coffee and eggs. The staff is fantastic and booked for us everything: tickets to the main attractions, shows, taxis.

the breakfast is very basic, could be much better. The rest of the service is so well done, i quickly overlooked the breakfast choice.
Girls on reception helped us plan our route in the park, gave us a map and highlighted the most important points, and also helped us book the tickets. They are extremely competent and speak good English! I recommend following their guidance and responding early if they try to reach out to you before your trip - it's important to book your tickets in advance, since the park and it's whereabouts are...

The hotel organized the tickets for the natural parks for us and the English WhatsApp support is very good.
Our stay was unfortunately marred by electricity cuts, including a stressful incident where guests were stuck in the elevator for over 20 minutes. The breakfast is very bad. Milk and soya milk are super diluted. There are not much choices, egg very oily.
