Location is excellent.
The noise outside from building works was awful and started at around 7.30am. It was so loud that it felt as if someone was in the bedroom with us with a chainsaw. This was a pity as otherwise our stay was great. It would have been good to have been warned about the noise by the hotel staff.
there’s so much to love. we travel a lot and this is up there with one of the best 5 stars we have stayed in. The location is just off the ‘high street’ with many restaurants which make up for the lack of onsite restaurant. We were upgraded at the Juz de Yartan hotel due to booking issue. Exceptional welcome and service. Special thanks to M. De Burg and Aida. Beautiful room, very good breakfast and dinner, quiet and comfortable courtyard.
The small swimming pool was cold (not heated) and impossible to use in this season.
The location is fantastic - right in the centre of Artá and it has an amazing courtyard space that offers a really tranquil setting. The staff were amazing - really helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.
The room was spacious and comfortable but the sound-proofing was very poor and because the room we stayed in faced onto a street it meant that any traffic noise resulted in disturbed sleep. This was such a/ shame because everything else about the property was fantastic.
Thought the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast and setting was excellent
It is quite a difficult location to navigate in a car. We ended up parking out of town and walking in which was quite easy.

A quiet oasis in the middle of town. The hotel was incredible and so were the rooms which were very tidy and clean. The staff was very friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered whilst staying in a hotel. They were so helpful and friendly and a joy to be around
The view from the room was disappointing - the window was tiny so we didn't really have a view. But this is the only downfall of the room as everything else was perfect.
