Pros (+) The Gables was a lovely place. Room was very large with good sized couch and kitchen facilities. Bathroom was good sized with shower inside spa. The surrounds were also good to have a walk around. Bit far to walk into Healesville proper but easy access by car.
Cons (-) Place was really nice but you needed to have bedroom window closed as traffic noise from around 5.00am was fairly consistent - on main road. But air conditioning made sleeping with window closed ok.

Pros (+) The whole experience was absolutely lovely. The rooms were better than expected, everything you could need was provided, even down to make up wipes. The grounds were beautiful, tranquil even. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) The only thing would be that the pillow are too soft, but that is definitely a preference rather than a fault.

Pros (+) Was upgraded to a cottage. Was just perfect, everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Bed, pillows and everything about the bed was sooo comfortable. Cottages layout well thought out, very private and quiet. Ours friends came over and we sat out on the deck with a platter and wine. Such a wonderful way to end the evening. Thank you
