Pros (+) Our stay began wonderfully. The hotel itself is stunning, and we were thrilled to be upgraded to a beautiful suite with a balcony - themed Mexico. I had brought my own hairdryer only to find a better one at the facility with ample plug points. The reception and butler services were truly exceptional.
Cons (-) 1. Upon returning we discovered that an expensive gift had gone missing, searched for it with no luck. We then notified the hotel staff, but despite their assurances to check with housekeeping staff, the gift was never recovered. 2.
