Nice hotel, big room, good price
Nice and clean hotel in a part of the city with many options to go out and great facilities at the hotel. We ordered a massage at the spa and they did a great job.
Breakfast was fair, but not more.
The breakfast was ok. They had from savory to sweet plus fruits and vegetables. The staff are very help if you have a request for fried egg or hot water. The location is also excellent. They have nearby restaurants, cocktail bars and walkable distance to the center and attractions. The staff were polite and very helpful. I love that they gave complimentary water every day. The spa was great.
The breakfast in the weekend ends by 11:00am and they didn't communicate that. Also they tend to start removing the breakfast 10 minutes before the closing time. The water in the shower takes like 4 minutes to warm up when you are under the shower . I stayed on the 8th floor so i am not sure if this is for every floor. Great place, great staff, great facilities. Beautiful spa with gym, sauna, steam room and beauty salon. Our room was very clean and had all ammenities needed. Parking was handled by the staff - they went and parked it and brought it back the morning we left. Awesome neighbourhood with many cafes, bars, restaurants, etc.
The room was comfortable, and the hotel was in a very central location. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was so bare. Hardly any options. The room had just one roll of tissue and no extras. The room was stuffy and seemed like it had not been used for a while. The headboard seemed dusty and triggered my allergies...we had to sleep horizontally for me to breathe well and sleep well. The rooms were not properly soundproof, we could always hear other guests being loud in the corridors.

Excellent staff. Top quality equipment in the gym. Superb spa and brilliant view from the roof terrace. Very peaceful breakfast and great location within a few hundred metres of the park/lake - very central. Rooftop restaurant and bar is one of the top ones in Tirana - not to be missed. Fantastic shower.
Noise from the rooftop bar till quite late. TV didn't work - seemed to be a smart TV requiring the user to log-in with their personal google account. No way in a public place!
I like how quick they are to my requests and the response from the emails I sent were responded promptly too. The facilities were good as well and I like that it's very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and I can say I'm somehow satisfied. Probably that they didn't have a money exchange in the hotel. I've stayed in several 5 star hotels and I think it is essential to have one especially tourists like me from different countries stay there. As a female solo traveller I was quite resistant to go out on my own to change money, cause I didn't change at the airport thinking hotels rates would be much better.
