The X10 hotel was a great experience for us. The staff were excellent, the food was great and the property was perfect to both adventure or hang by the pool. Hard to get a chair at the pools and beach.
Room is spaces. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Excellent breakfast and the staff was very polite. The beach is beautiful and quiet.
Friendly staff however would benefit from some additional attention to detail. Good food at the seaside bar. Hotel drinks and food was pretty reasonably priced for a resort. Location was ok but was a good walk with kids (1km +) or tuk-tuk ride to nearby restaurants and shops/massages etc @ Central, Biang Niang.
Dinner meals at the main restaurant were pretty average. Water slide (which was good entertainment for the kids) had a shar edge that unfortunately sliced our daughter’s toe open (albeit not seriously). First aid response was pretty good but there was no apparent concern regards inspecting or repairing the slide despite our urging.
Location of Hotel ,cleanliness , food , facilities , the beach and the staff.
Drinks were a bit expensive compared to Hotel beach bar next door.
The room was great, there were plenty of pools to choose and they were well located. All things considered, the resort did not seem noisy.
The restaurant food, particularly Western cuisine, was not to a good enough standard for a 5 star resort.
