Upscale look and feel, comfy bed, great location
$35 per 3 days facilities fee doesn’t sit well considering we only effectively had two days to enjoy the beach and the beach was so crowded that we opted for the pool anyway. Why is it that we can be out all day and when it’s time to come in to get ready for our evening dinner the room still isn’t serviced?
Location was nice with multiple restaurants and stores nearby. Nice pool and short walk to the beach.
Staff was not friendly. From front desk to coffee shop same experience.
I would highly recommend this resort. It was beautiful, location was excellent, had everything you needed. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice...if you didn't want to leave you didn't have to. Restaurants and shopping were so close. The 2 beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing. I have nothing negative to say.

The location and the staff. This is our 5th visit (first time with our 11 month son!) and the hotel did everything we asked for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.We will be back for trip #6.
The elevators always seemed to be busy around the morning time. Once we had to wait for more than 10 minutes!
The only issue was the lineup for the elevators. I don’t think they were all in working order on a busy weekend!!
