We had lunch on the deck by the tiki bar ….the tables that had blue umbrellas. Service was extremely slow… It took us 20 minutes to get our drink after order it. Same with our sandwich, which took about 50 minutes. It seemed like the poor waiter had to run back-and-forth to the main building to retrieve everything. The hotel has a beautiful setting, right on the beach. The room we had was newly renovated and very comfortable. The pools were amazing.
I wish there was an information packet so we knew how the facility was laid out. It was our first time and found it difficult to find the restaurants and take advantage of them, even the rules of the pool were not spelled out beforehand.
Beautiful location. comfortable room. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Can't beat the beach. Wish it was warmer, but only mother nature controls that. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. would definitely stay at Wychmere again!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Wychmere beach club. The room was spacious and comfortable with a mini fridge, large TV, and a very comfortable king size bed. The front desk staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The wedding we attended was beautiful and the food was delicious!!!!! Definitely coming back
Possibly the most horrible experience in my life. Nothing was good after spending WAY TOO MUCH for a basic hotel room WITHOUT Air conditioning. I will tell everyone to never book here. This is not a good place. And I was here for a wedding (which THAT part of Wychmere did beautifully). But DO NOT STAY here EVER.
Nothing was good. They had to put window AC units in our room. Did NOT work. I hated every second of this hotel/
It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, super convenient location, facilities were great, staff was beyond friendly, and we'll definitely come again.
I was disappointed by the lack of a full breakfast. They just offer English muffins and croissants. I was surprised to find a 20% "access fee" added to my poolside restaurants meal bill. When I asked about this at the front desk they explained that it was a "gratuity". I thought they should have been more upfront with that. The waitstaff made no mention of it either. Felt deceptive. I told them my son was sick with the croup and they said there was nothing they could do….. they would not be able to reimburse me AT ALL…. So we went. I loved the deep tub and would have loved using it. However, the stopper did not work so it was useable—disappointing. The shower was nice, though, as were the frig, two TV’s, and bedding. It was nice that the drinks were complimentary (I’d suggest you include some diet cokes, too). Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend. Poor function in Bath; no space for toiletries No Restaurant open on Property Room was supposed to be Ocean View......Water visible In distance; really parking lot view. Very overpriced for quality of Room and a Resort.
