Great staff. Friendly. Amazing rooftop bar and views. Close to great restaurants. Spa and pool looked amazing. Only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it.
A bit of a walk to the river but much quieter because of that.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Porto so easy walking to any tours, sites and restaurants. The room was a little unusual but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Stressful to get a car in there but once you are there it is good as they take care of it for you.
Well located to sights and restaurants. Staff were professional and extremely polite and helpful., particularly Diego. Breakfast was outstanding.
Small criticism - we had a superior double room and part of the room was a glass shower cubicle which could be confronting for some people. Also the hotel has an environmentally friendly policy which is commendable but the bars of soap as shampoo and conditioner were unworkable and the brown toilet paper which was extremely fragile was not satisfactory.
Friendly staff, amazing service, pet friendly. Close to restaurants. Beautiful city and great food.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the roof top bar was lovely to sit in the sun and take in the view with a glass of wine ( or port).
An issue was the controls for the lights n curtains etc in the room - it’s all electronic - and until you work them out it was frustrating. The room we had had a balcony which is lovely for sitting in the sun. The other issue was the shower is not in the bathroom it’s in the bedroom with no shaded glass etc so everyone in the room sees you showering - not my favourite - but it was a great shower -...Read more

Location, breakfirst
Items such as furniture, night table, etc were minimal practically no drawers to range our goods. This doesn't fit with a 5 star hotel
The location was excellent—close to main attractions, cafes, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-designed. Special thanks to Maria, Sophia, Ellena, the team, and the bellboys who went above and beyond to make everything comfortable. We had an issue with our transfer, and they immediately arranged one with the nicest driver.
Honestly, nothing—I truly enjoyed everything about the stay.
I liked everything from the room, the receptionist services, the breakfast and dinner. Very professional staff, helpful and were always warm.
