Pros (+) Building is beautiful, staff are friendly and the breakfast in the kitchen has a wonderful homely feeling!
Cons (-) The building has extremely poor sound insulation, which is unfortunately common in many properties—especially older ones or those built with cost efficiency over comfort in mind. Being on the ground floor, I could clearly hear footsteps from the unit above as well as conversations from the neighboring room, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. Pros (+) Breakfast, staff, courtyard, high ceiling rooms. I stayed in two separate rooms with my sister and it really felt like we lived in the same house. It was just excellent.

Pros (+) This place is a gem for anyone who likes the special atmosphere of well renovated old buildings. Wooden floor, high stucco ceilings paired with modern furniture, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast room is beautifully decorated too and the owners running the place are very friendly. There is amazing street art in the vicinity.

Pros (+) Thank you so much for a great stay! I enjoyed my multi night visit a lot. It is refreshing and very pleasant to find the rare place that has a truly amazing shower, with a full encasing that shows that the person who designed it knows how to actually take a shower (I wish the same could be said of the average hotel!).
