Amazing view Staff were lovely especially the lovely ladies in the restaurant , great location but a steep walk down to the beach , recommend a car as the beaches 10 minutes up the coast were the best in Kos
The property is quite new and is well thought out but the interiors need a designer to work their magic , the lampshades in the bar were awful and looked like they came from ikea. It’s not a 5 star by uk standards but a good 4 star .
The view of the hotel from the villas/rooms/main pool/main restaurant/breakfast is Breath-Taking! that is the only thing in the hotel that really can be classified as 5+ stars! you can never get bored of it. 5+stars: The View 5 stars: The cocktails at the evening bar. 4+ stars: Rooms - A little dated but overall very nice, our room was probably the worst (SPA 1) with a bad balcony but lovely view ...
See above. overall is a really nice place. Just not a 5 star, more a 4 to 4+. Also I never had a member of staff checking the mini bar in front of you while you are leaving the room on the morning you are leaving. not quite 5-star manners.Read more
Room was poor extremely disappointed with it , noise level past midnight from the bar could be heard clearly, made it known to reception but no help to in regards to a different room
Amazing views on the bay and very comfortable rooms. Small boutique hotel with a great value for money.
The only minus was the variety of the breakfast, which seemed to be limited (no omelette, porridge, mini croissants not very tasty etc.)
Amazing hotel set on a hill side so view is second to none. We were lucky enough to have a suite with a private pool which was incredible. Staff go above and beyond and are so friendly and helpful, reception, restaurant staff, the guys driving the golf carts, nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant have a great view and the main pool also has a bar / lunch service which was really goo...
The hotel is high on a hillside so to get down to the town you either need a transfer from the hotel or you can walk down ( it is steep but manageable around 5-7 minutes walk) however you cannot walk back this way after dark as it is unlit, the hotel were always quick to send a pick up but it does add to the cost.Read more
The hotel was wonderful, the facilities were lovely and most of the people were very friendly.
We found the waitress staff rude and always seemed very miserable, to be honest this let down the whole stay. Didn’t feel welcomed by them at all. The cleaners and reception staff were lovely and the people driving us were great most of the time too.
Location is amazing - great view of the bay. Private pool was also great as was the overall size of the suites - very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable as the options changed every day vs the same thing over and over again. Nice Greek sweets were included in the breakfast as well.
As a 5 star I would expect much nicer towels (bath and pool), bed sheets and overall furnishings in the suites. These were cheaper than normal for a 5 star hotel. Service was friendly but again lacked the feeling of a 5 start hotel
Loved the rooms, the view and the staff were lovely.
Breakfast appeared somewhat limited. The room one wall had started to crack so could probably do with a lick of paint but nothing crazy. Pool floor I think was dated as felt broken bits.
