The facilities of the hotel and their private beach. Food was excellent and staff very professional and nice. Swimming pool was huge and almost always empty. A definitive MUST STAY place in Zanzibar!
The place is so clean, well organised. It has such a large awesome pool. It's quiet and very relaxing. It's the perfect getaway for anyone who would want to just relax and re-energize.
The mattress was terrible. It's the only reason the place wasn't perfect. It would sink in, the pillows were really hard, and to he honest, the sleep was not the best. It's a pity that for such a great looking place, the sleep experience wasn't the best.
It was how we imagined, exotic, intimate, and full of love. The Hoast and hole team were really great, very helpful and full of smiles and positive energy. We were filling special all the time. Thank you all, we were in real Paradise .
A very pleasant hotel, they work hard to keep everything clean. Not sure if the pool is treated regularly with chlorine. Staff are always smiling and hard working, they really do a great job and long hours. Asante Sana There is literally nothing to do unless you get a taxi 45 mins in either direction. So if you're after a holiday in a hotel, it's great, but that's all there is. Not really a beach ...
Food is pricy, $15 a meal, that soon adds up when you buy drinks and are there for 6 days. It's a shame because I would have liked to have tipped more. Cocktails weren't that strong. No option to avoid the cleaning for a day, which for the environment would prove better.Read more
Breakfast was very good, the Gluten Free option was amazing…. The villas were well kitted out and housekeeping brilliant. A member of the management team and waitress went above and beyond with helping with information and treatment for burnt lips….. thank you.
My main issue was the gluten free meals were limited, but I did manage to eat….. perhaps the menu could highlight what is GF and another dessert could be available rather than just ice cream.
Amazing place with private bungalows, large pool and free transfers to nearby beach with private beach bar.
This is a lovely place that is a wonderful place to relax. It is a quiet place. Everything is catered for. Big beautiful pool. Staff are lovely and friendly and try to accommodate everyone's needs. All inclusive option works out well.
Bookers need to note that there is no beach at the hotel and is not within walking distance - there is a shuttle from the hotel 3 times a day. The hotel offers a venue at the beach with access to drinks and sunbeds. The beach itself is also quiet and does not have open restaurants and bars as per some of the other beaches in Zanzibar.
It was such a remarkable stay! Being a Black woman traveling alone, comfort and safety are my top priorities. White Paradise provided that and so much more. I enjoyed their warmth, hospitality and flexibility. 10/10 recommend! I will be back!
The wifi would go out sometimes but it would be repaired quickly. Beside, when you are living in the moment who needs internet.
The property was very beautiful neat and tidy.
Food choices are very limited. As vegetarians we struggled.
We loved the food above everything, the size and furniture of the room, the room service, the wifi, the drinksl. I would recommend the all inclusive formula. The pool was great and so was the pool bar and the bar-restaurant on the ocean. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, the staff is dedicated and takes care of every detail. The position is a bit isolated but we went to Matemwe and Kiwengwe be...
We were there in December, and that part of the coast didn't allow us to enjoy the beach, not even with the high tide. I don't know if in other seasons it's different. Also the artificial pool in the ocean in front of the hotel didn't look very attractive since no guests were using it.Read more
