Really pretty and well maintained historical building. Very large, comfortable and clean room. Super friendly and accommodating host. Walking distance from all the old town sights.
Nothing! The historical area/buildings around the hotel are currently under renovation so it will probably be even nicer there in a couple of years.

Not a 5 star property. Next to train, which is quite loud. Staff does not speak english. Breakfast is not buffet and it is difficult to understanding if/what you can order. No elevator, it is not possible to open the windows in the room.
The property was well located close to all the tourist sites and good restaurants. The Manager kept us informed on getting around Istanbul and the best places to go. The staff were polite and helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

Very friendly staff, clean, good facilities, great breakfast.
The only negative (and reason for one less point for location/comfortable) is the train-rail being located just next to the window making very loud noises both late at night and early morning. Otherwise liked the hotel.

Extremely kind and helpful personal. Space bathroom and above all very economic prices for a place so cloth to the top tourist spots.
