Beautiful building and grounds, very well located just off motorway and near Bicester
Route to rooms was a lot of stairs with low head room. It was a very hot night and room was uncomfortably hot.

Beautiful location near Bicester Village, perfect for a post shopping treat. Gardens are exceptional. The food was excellent.
Watch your final bill. The hotel added a surcharge that covered the difference between the Booking.com rate and the RRP. We had eaten and had one bottle of wine at £149 and my husband put all other drinks on his account so I was surprised to see an extra £36 added to the bill. Really naughty business practice. Beautiful hotel and decor and lovely location Restaurant was excellent for Dinner and breakfast Based in the coach house .. which had recently been refurbished to a high standard and excellent size room and bed with lovely views including coffee machine.
Beautiful recently refurbished coach house rooms would benefit from further insulation to block out noise levels from neighbouring rooms and those above .
Staff really friendly.Room was immaculate and newly refurbished.Ate in the restaurant for evening meal =staff were really lovely and helpful and the meal was excellent.Full English breakfast in the morning which again was lovely. It was a work trip but I am going to return and bring my wife as it was a lovely stay.

It was annoying that reception never answered the phone, the WiFi didn’t work in my room and thermostat also did not work - it was stuck on 23.5.
