Pros (+) the staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Mr Eyad el baiati . he handled everything swiftly and made sure to give us advice for a couple of restaurants for dinner . the hotel is new and spotless.

Pros (+) Fabulous communication from the staff.. I new I would be arriving late so messaged them..within 1 hour I had a message and phone call from the Hotel..they explained the procedure for collecting my key from a locked box outside..all as explained..thank you.Looking forward to returning when I have more time.

Pros (+) Very nice hotel! Spotless! Even the single rooms are comfortable ! Great showroom ! Will keep coming back when in the area!

Pros (+) Modern hotel with touch screens for “don’t disturb” etc, clean, calm cosy room, coffee and tea facilities plus free soft drinks in the mini bar, very friendly staff. Luxurious modern bathroom with shower and Rituals products. Free parking available in front of the hotel and streets close by. Tram stop within walking distance (10-15 minutes) for city centre, bus stops in front of the hotel.
