Good location, lovely staff
Good location around the corner from Wenceslas Square so not overrun by tourists or construction work. Good restaurant next door. Great staff.
A little bit tired decor-wise and facilities, typified by the tight squeeze in the rather outdated lift.

I had a really good stay in Wenceslas Square Hotel. Location: Excellent. Very close to the national museum (literally just opposite to the hotel). 15 mins walk to the main train station and it is walkable (normally within 20mins) from the hotel to most of the tourist attractions. - perfect location in the center wether you want to walk the centre or use public transport - great value for money - good breakfast - accomodating staff - toddler like winding stairs and floors of the hotel :) - large room - rooftop bar with complimentary prosecco
- Parking. Your car likely will not fit the 189cm gate to on-site parking and it is difficult to park even for check-in. There is alternative parking which is 10min walk, but BUT! given the constructions, rush hour etc. 30mins by car! That can mean a 45 minute checkout. - the rooms vary a lot, make sure you check which one you book - stairs, varying amounts (it was ok for us, just bear in mind)
Location Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff The view from my room. Wow! Comfortable and clean Extras were a really nice touch - free bottle of wine in the room, water, truffles, Prague Pass, free drink in Panorama Restaurant, free fridge magnet when you leave. Really hospitable touches.
The location of this hotel is excellent for walking around the city centre, just around the corner from Wenceslas square and then walk down the boulevard to old town square. Plenty of restaurants and bars around to suit all tastes. The room was really nice with a fantastic view across the city to the castle, beds were nice and comfy and a good hot shower. The room came with thoughtful in-room amenities like a bathrobe, slippers, and a vanity kit. We had even a welcome slice of cake and drink. This was awesome for the price we paid. The room was clean and the beds are comfy
There are a lot of stairs, so it's hard to carry heavy luggages to the room. The building is old, but I thought some details charming.
very nice hotel. special thanks to the staff at the reception. there is parking for cars. good breakfasts. we will stay only in this hotel.
