-beutiful big comfortable rooms -very kind and helpful receptionist

Breakfast was ok but need more variety on the hot dishes, can’t have the same everyday when you stay for a week.
Second time we’ve stayed,still don’t understand the need for only the set 4 course dinner menu. Sometimes you don’t need or want that especially with kids. After a day skiing it’s a hassle to have to travel for dinner.

The price of the stay was too high for the amount of services included in the price
Good conditions , nice atmosphere in the hotel - plenty of options to relax .

The conditions for children's stay are very diverse, folklor music at breakfast is the best option.

Furnitures in the hotel room were in very bad condition. Sofa was very dirty, with yellow stains.
This hotel is amazing, location is near by to ski slopes or in summer time for hiking. Hotel has sauna world which is amazing to chill out after skiing or hiking. It was a good hotel, also the location and the possibility of having the ski bus offered by the hotel. A lot of things for children, a playground, swimming pool, and hosts to entertain the kids. Everything was nice, if I had to choose I would come back again to this hotel. The food also was good
We stayed there during New Year's evening, and it would have been nice to be notified in advance of the price of the New Year evening dinner. We only found out when we paid at the checkout.
