Comfortable location. Clean rooms. Firm mattress. Nice hot tub and sauna. Good breakfast. All regular amenities included and more. Staff handled minor issues with room promptly.
The dining host/hostess at breakfast were not very friendly. The host seemed a bit hostile or impatient when handling allergen requests, which made the experience uncomfortable; however, the kitchen accommodated the allergies properly and without issue.
Beautiful property, great spa and the breakfast was excellent.
Had dinner there one night and although food was excellent the older waiter/ maitre’d was grouchy and unpleasant.

The whole place was absolutely beautiful. Such friendly staff and very welcoming. Even gave me a message for my birthday. Amazing stay. Highly recommended!!

The hotel was very expensive so we thought it would be wonderful treat. The Alpen resort did not have availability for our 3rd night, so we decided to treat ourselves. The bed was so hard I had to sleep on the sofa. Even after getting a topper. The spa closed at 8pm the large jacuzzi was empty, and the loungers were covered in birds droppings. Gorgeous hotel combining traditional regional charm and personality with modern accommodation and facilities. Staff were helpful before, and during our stay - arranging station transfers and providing local knowledge. The spa ares is outstanding, and breakfast was 5*.
Outstanding as always!!!! I love this hotel, it is my favourite go to. Great facilities and their naked spa is my favourite facility, as well as 4pm cake! Super location, food, lounge and staff very friendly. Thank you
