Reasonable location, room was spacious and very comfortable, gym was serviceable but staff could do with additional training
We encountered a few issues with our stay - (1) This hotel was advertised as having a pool but when we arrived the pool was still under renovation, (2) While the staff were all very polite and tried their best to accommodate us, it seemed like they were unfamiliar with their process, (3) We were also charged an extra fee even though our booking said it included all fees and taxes. Very clean
My family (2 other separate rooms) experience no AC for the first night. We had some elderly family members join our room to get some AC and get some rest since my room did had AC. Also service at the restaurant was 1 hr wait to get attention to get our drink order and food, the fruit was not fresh and breakfast was blah. - smelt like sewage: at the back of the hotel it smells like sewage and they pump sewage from the system for multiple hours a day it is extremely loud, they also have bullfighting behind the hotel and Saturday night you can hear the bulls screaming in pain.. not great. - bad service: every time we went to the restaurant you need to ask the staff 5 times to get the cheque or for a napkin - paper th...Read more

Beautifully appointed comfortable rooms in a peaceful natural setting. Fabulous gourmet breakfast on a lovely terrace. Mostly adults. Service was exceptional- especially Luis at the door!

Nothing as such but the location is not ideal if you want to be within the walking distance from Merida central. You need to drive to reach place grande or any restaurant or cafe. Though this hotel has a very good restaurant.
It was a beautiful property. Perfect amenities. Gym, restaurant, bar, pool and a gift shop.
Everything was perfect
I loved the decor and the layout. I loved our room.
