The hotel restaurant was really nice and the room spacious.
The room was spacious but was missing places to sit and put our suitcases. The room was also dirty in less ‘’apparent’’ areas (around the trash can, stains on the curtains, etc), but overall okay.
the pool was great the room was clean the hot tub was really cool
the sauna was broken and my car didn’t fit in the garage so i had to pay for parking else where
Size of the room, comfort and the bathroom was a perfect size. The amenities, such as the gym and the staff were amazing. There was also ample room for clothes and everything was so comfortable.
There was not much I did not like. Unfortunately, the steam room was not working when we were there, so hopefully they have fixed that.
Close to Bell Centre and downtown. Friendly staff and outdoor hot tub.
The lobby is beautiful and the room was just as nice.
Loved everything.
The 12th floor. In general this is a great place to stay at in Montreal. It has all you need and you can relax in the spa, go to the pool and the sauna. The rooftop with the jacuzzi has an amazing view of the city.
I do not have anything that I did not like about our stay.
The location is excellent, the beds were comfortable. The room was big and was clean. The personnel is courteous as well.
The rooms are getting a little outdated. The restaurant and bar area are not well managed. It is close to early. The Kitchen is not run properly, they made many mistakes every time we went to eat there. There is a strong sewer smell in the lobby that needs to be addressed as well. Even the staff kept putting sprays on how bad it smelled.
