Pros (+) Beautifully designed hotel with lots of attention to detail and a very friendly atmosphere. Everyone who loves Kit Kemp's style will be blown away by this place! I particularly liked that I could open the windows in my room and the shopping bag was a useful addition to the room - very eclectic mix of items in the minibar highlighting the wonderful attention to detail.
Cons (-) If I would have to find something, then maybe that the menu doesn't have a lot of options for vegans or vegetarians (but there is a general lack of awareness in the whole of New York it seems)

Pros (+) All the employees are kind & helpful. The rooms are perfectly clean. The food at the resto is very good.
Cons (-) Room Service: 1 coffee is $9 + tax 9% + tip (20% nicely added so you don't have to count) = $11.60... And that is regardless whether they present you the check (bill) or not.
