The hotel is stunning and in a good location. The breakfast was ok, but options like English Tea would have been appreciated.
I like Chinese food, however if you sometimes wish for some western food, the choices are not on a par with similar hotels in China. The lack of Western food options is the main thing that lets this hotel down and may make me consider an alternative for myself and my business colleagues in the future.
The facility and the huge upgraded room. Feel safe with the special access floor.
The restaurant inside the hotel double charged us. The waiters kept coming to ask if we stayed at the hotel. I can understand once or twice but three times? I thought that wasn't very nice. Strong cigarette smell on non-smoking floor, even in our non-smoking room

The hotel is badly maintain. Air conditioning not working, toilet bowl overflow, shower head leak and no hot water for one of the morning I stayed in.

Location is great.
Room too hot, thermostat can’t be adjusted. It was showing 25.9, even when we set it to 10 degrees. Cigarette burns on furnitures, toilet was not working (but was fixed promptly), cigarette smoke got into the room.
