Love the Trianon Palace, it is a special place for us and we enjoy so much the kind staff, the facilities, the location is magical. We will be back for sure!! to enjoy the spa, the pool, and everything....love this hotel
it was not our first time staying, but was the first time we experienced difficulties with some problems that were happening with the pipes of the building, in our first room they were liking, then they changed us to a suite and it smell like soomething was really bad with the pipping structure, but they took care of it and had a team fixing the damage that was large and accidental. Rooms could have more warmth and chic design. For example, the chandeliers in the rooms definitely could be changed for something more elegant/ prettier.
Everything! The location, my room, the amenities, afternoon tea, dinner (the burger is amazing!), breakfast. Every single member of staff that I countered made me feel at home. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. 7-10 mins walk from the main streets of Versailles, and approx15 mins walk from the Palace.

well, we liked Everything...The food was fabulous. The architecture fabulous. The ability to WALK into Versailles fabulous. The staff Fabulous. Perking our rent car was so easy.
I would only have wanted to know that the rooms in the "Main" hotel may be more expensive but worth it. We didn't mind walking across the courtyard but would rather not have had to do that. Would have love have known that the beautiful SPA had a dance class.

Average room with old furniture. Overcrowded breakfast with a restaurant that can’t contain the amount of guests, breakfast spent on a corridor
Amazing location. Beautiful room and awesome bathroom. Great service. Huge bed with lovely bedware. Staff were friendly and very polite and helpful.
Deposit per person per night was higher than we’ve experienced in all our travels. This should be advertised so people can prepare. Toilet paper was one ply and very rough. Not the quality expected. Bed was uncomfortably soft and had no support. Did not sleep well. My husband loves soft beds but even he couldn’t get comfortable on the bed.
Breakfast was amazing, pets are allowed, dinners are La Veranda were incredible too. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the Concierge helped us with getting tickets for Versailles
Very beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast and wonderful bed, and the staff is very kind, and the location of the hotel near the castle of Versailles is amazing.
