The Waldorf Astoria in Beijing is a beautiful, well-maintained property in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and up to date, with timely services and knowledgeable concierge. All of the amenities were A+, with gym and breakfast being the highlights. Definitely would recommend for a visit to Beijing.
There is nothing to complain about at this place, as the staff, facilities, and location are all world class. Only thing missing is a view, which is not due to anything the hotel could change.

The rooms are now in need of renovation. The beds are tired, the bathrooms are looking worse for wear and the floors are lifting and uneven. This hotel would have been amazing 15-20 years ago
Staff and facilities were brilliant. The breakfast was amazing and the staff went far and beyond to cater for our dietary requirements
Air conditioning in the room could have been better as the room was a bit warm and there was no way to put the temperature down to 18 Celsius

The location of the hotel is very nice. The Bed was wonderful. I wish if I can buy the same bed matress :) The staff are so friendly. The view of the room/ size of the room/ cleanliness, everything was wonderful.

The chefs for breakfast makes the most perfect omelete and french toast 😋 Everything else was great, but the toilet with the electric WC was my favourite 😁
