I love love love this place. Amazingly beautiful view with excellent staff attention to details. Perfect place to be with the family.
The view was amazing but the website was very misleading in saying it was a 2 bed apartment whereas it was 2 separate rooms. Our driver Phillipe was incredible! So friendly and a very good human being. God bless him.
Whilst booking they don’t tell you that you have to go in an electric car to the village. The walk is 24 minutes and quite tricky. The kitchen was not accommodating our meal preferences as they only served beef which I don’t eat hence had to track down to the village twice a day!

It was beautiful, well maintained and authentic Swiss! The food and wine collection are stunning!
It’s a bit far away from the village, but the shuttle service of the hotel is very enjoyable. The driver Felipe is an angel!!

Waldhotel Fletschhorn is one of these unique places where one regrets not being able to attribute a 6th star (although the hotel is only rated 4*). The unbeatable view of the mountains coupled with the kindness and professionalism of the staff makes it a must-see in Saas-Fee.
