The location was great. All the restaurants were excellent. The beach was endless and empty. Room size was great and well planned. Great hotel

The locations was perfect for us, very close to the opera house. Loved the facilities, like the swimming pool, access to the beach was very convenient. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Staff were also very good, always helpful.
There wasn't much I didn't like, was a little disappointed with the checking in, checking in time was 3pm and we arrived at 4pm, we were then told the rooms would not be ready for another hour. This was disappointing to hear as I would have expected the rooms to be ready by 3pm. But the staff were most accommodating and sorted the issue out and we got our rooms immediately. Location is good by the opera house and on the beach The view from the room was nice looking at the sea The gym was good with proper machine and weights
It is too much about the party and cool and not much about the service … Only got my room at 6.30pm… and was even not mine as the welcome card was for someone else Not all the TV channel were working properly and got light issue that did not switch off and they needed to unplug the full cable in the middle of the night … Maybe me only but don’t think W is really a 5 stars level… mainly on show off...Read more
We had a wonderful two-night stay at W Muscat. The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would happily return anytime!

Beautiful spaces, restaurant options, amenities!
The hotel is located in a beatifull beach , swimming in the morning, empty beach , very clean water , very calm sea , it was Divine! I am not a swimming pool person so this was the highlight of my trip.
I did not like the food in the swimming pool restaurant. Cesar salad very soggy and hot. Fish and chips Horrible ! The used a type of tuna fish to do this, dry .Oman is a land of fish , i don't get it. Missing some local dishes.
