- very pet friendly! We received a cute welcome kit for our dog which we appreciated - nice staff - big and comfortable bed; spacious room - good location - very chic and nicely decorated
- it’s insanely loud. Windows aren’t insulated at all and you can hear the noisy traffic all day (and night) long - dusty floors here and there - bathroom in very poor condition. The staff went out of their way to help. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast area was exceptional. Our room was double aspect with water views
Everything … from the beautifully restored building, the lux rooms, great storage space, cleverly designed kitchenette, great shower room, lovely timber floors … it exudes a homely luxury! The gentleman on reception gave us a warm welcome and was so helpful in every way. The hotel's design is beautiful; great attention to detail. The style and boutique hotel concept is spot on. The location is so convenient, the spacious rooms are tastefully decorated and the staff were very welcoming. Well done.
Breakfast choices need attention and improvement. At a 4 star boutique level, cleanliness needs to be prioritised more. A minor detail that did not determine our stay at all, but it may need attention - surfaces in our room were dusty. Again, it's not a big deal for us but it can be improved.
Style is superb, beautifully designed, in all details. The room is very comfortable and silent. It is even equipped with a small kitchen, kettle and microwave. We couldn't expect it better. And breakfast.. a la carte!
The service we received at breakfast was excellent. The fellow that served us was so accommodating and breakfast was delicious. 10/10 A very short walk to the tram.
A very good experience overall.
We enjoyed the breakfast and were very happy with the recommendation for the Toronero Restaurant which was a short walk from the hotel. Our bedroom, bathroom and bathroom products were all excellent.
