It is a great hotel and the staff is polite.
The room I booked was supposed to be bigger, I was told it wasn’t available, the one I stayed in was rather small had a weird smell at first, and I was told I will receive some compliments, a policy of the hotel, but didn’t get any.

Pleasantly surprised for my first visit - exceptional value for money. Location is unbeatable, staff was competent and polite, lovely complement from the restaurant and a very nice room. Definitely coming back on my next visit to Plovdiv.
The location and the staff are great. They also have a nice loungedeck. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Nice hotel, but the breakfast was disappointing. Other reviews mentioned a great breakfast, but we only found a very basic buffet. The buffet was not five-star quality; the scrambled eggs were particularly bad. Amazing hotel. Everything about it. The only thing was that the mattresses were soft and I prefer very firm mattresses but this is different with everyone. I wish we could stay longer. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel, unique style and design, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, kind and educated staff. Will definitely return there in the neatest future. Moreover, the restaurant is a real gourmet gem. Not to be missed!
