- The room was specious with nice balcony. It was quite place so we could rest properly. I like that the resort was huge and give you a chance to walk around by foot or by buggy. - There was more than 3 pools you can choose from. - The breakfast was really nice with many options to choose from.
- The a la cart food was not good at all. Especially in one of the further on restaurants ( don't remember the name but was kinda : steak house") - I like the Italian restaurant only. - It is way to expensive for what they offer, I think the price is overrated. - They told us there are two private beach. The design of the room was pretty nice. A lot of automation which I liked. Automatic curtains, you could order from your phone from the restaurant or the beach and then pay by card. Cool experience
The breakfast could be improved. I tried several times eggs, or eggs with bacon. They weren’t cooked well. The tomatoes were not the best quality. On the other hand the restaurant of the hotel downstairs is amazing. So maybe try to level up the breakfast so that it will be as good

The food is very good and there is a good variety every day, location is very convenient, the room and facilities are clean and well maintained.
Staff was friendly and polite but could use a bit more training, i.e. receptionist didn’t know any details about events, we had to ask the waiters to clean the tables at the restaurant, etc.
Fantastic breakfast, wonderful staff, great facilities. We travelled with a young baby and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A great hotel in a fantastic location. Thanks to all the staff!
This is a great location with excellent amenities. The pools are amazing and the size of the room was just perfect.
The playground is in the sun and we could not use it and it' s also a bit far from the hotel. A more complex and better located playground would be needed. The good bread was served only at dinner time, I would have appreciated better quality bread for breakfast + fresh juice.

The reception desk team are really wonderful, the facility is great, rooms are fantastic. Best restaurant in the complex is Apolonia with delicious mediterranean food. The area of the hotel is very nice, it blends the mountains and the sea side perfectly
