Very good service at breakfast and at the reception. Great location. Good food. Nice rooms.
The service at the dinner in the restaurant did not live up to my expectations. The dinner and the waiters seemed rushed and that influenced the atmosphere.

The best place in the world to relax!
A true Northern gem! The hotel is beautifully situated on Flensburg Fjord. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the Brasserie and had the first “Spageln” of the season. We stayed in a Maisonette Suite and it was spacious, clean and had views overlooking the Fjord. Very nice. Spa, especially that you can use it the whole day after check out. Fabulous breakfast (of course we got tired of it after 5 days, but the first days it was something to look forward to). No coffee or tea maker in the room. Every morning we were asked if we need a reservation for the Brasserie restaurant, but nobody warned us that the Dirk-Luther had to be booked in advance, so when we came it was too late and we missed a chance to eat there :( Brasserie was not impressive and the service there was pretty average too.
