Pros (+) 10 minute walk to key sights in Viseu. Comfortable bed. Front desk person named person named Will provided outstanding service such as changing our room to one more to our liking and suggesting a restaurant where we had the best dinner we’ve had in Portugal.

Cons (-) Tiny bathroom and sink in the bedroom are a bit negatively affecting. Also, no power socket next to the work table to enable continuous work with a computer.

Pros (+) The hotel is situated in easy walking distance to the town with its many beautiful historic buildings. The staff are excellent. Hotel is tastefully decorated, beds were very comfortable and bathroom spacious and clean. Pros (+) Very friendly, very convenient, very comfortable. We came in the off season, so they had to make breakfast for just us. We ate very well - they were so generous. Also very nice to our cat. This is our go-to place now for Viseu and the whole Dão area.
Cons (-) I wish they were a hotel chain!
