Quirky and fun. Small lobby and bar. Roof top bar was really cute. Small pool. Housekeeping was great. One of the girl checking in spoke poor English and had trouble understanding.
It was a little out of the main area, so had to walk a lot more than my last trip to NOLA.
Spacious room, comfy beds, and a really great layout for a standard room that allows for separation between the sleeping chamber and the bathroom/vanity area. Great amenities from a cute little coffee spot in the lobby with plenty of espresso drinks to choose from to the amazing rooftop pool that was quiet during the week despite a full calendar of fun events for Mardi Gras. A warm New Orleans welcome from the door staff and those on the reception . All the staff are helpful and very friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
The style of the hotel was as if you’d plucked it from my dream board. Our room was quiet despite being by the ice machine. The staff was friendly and helpful with dining suggestions. The shower room provided the perfect steam; it was luxurious to wrap up in the complimentary robe after a hot shower. The complimentary lotion smelled heavenly. This may be my favorite hotel I’ve ever visited.
The hotel has an amazing eclectic vibe. Everything-the lobby and room decor, the details, the pleasant ambiance and scent as soon as you enter it, exceeded my expectations . Ultra lux room. Loved the layout of the room and closet space. Great amenities especially the gym and lounge. Pool was decent. Location is super. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Fun vibes!!!
Chaotic lobby. The cafe was dismal as there was never anyone around to take my order. There was no AC in the lobby during half my stay which did not feel pleasant especially when checking out.
Staff was so friendly and helpful! Loved the boutique feel and the eclectic feel and decorations. I loved the roof top area and the area you walk out of the elevator into was fun!
