did not have breakfast at hotel. complimentary bottle of water. room was clean and bed linens were clean and nice front desk was staffed 24 hours. hotel was clean.
1. bathroom was a little strange with water easily spilling out from the tub which made the bathroom slippery. there was no holder to hang the bath towel anywhere in the bathroom.
Spacious accommodation with conveniences such as a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a thorough job with the cleaning every day. I wish we had known the pool was closed before booking. This is minor but maybe food warmers are a good idea for the breakfast buffet for the hot dishes like the scrambled eggs, sautéed veggies, etc. Overall it was a great stay!Read more
Good location, close to metro. Very clean. Very nice staff. We had a nice parking space in in the parking garage. We really liked the familly room with a lot of room.
Everything was OK.
Very large rooms, with kitchenettes. Very clean. Lots of wardrobes. Utensils. Amazing location for subway, and especially coffee lovers. Staff was just ok, but allowed a late checkout. Wi-Fi was fiddly with many logins.
Expensive, but everything in Lisbon now is.
The suite was spacious and very clean. The lobby area and bar were high end. Breakfast was the highlight. The choices of food and drink were outstanding although the cooked breakfast could be a little cold as not on a hot plate.
The reception staff could be quite abrupt and not overly helpful. The hidden charges for the coffee pods. The intermittent wifi.

The rooms acoustics isn't great and we heard talking, showers etc from other rooms very loudly. Also, the shower was not sealed so a lot of water flooded the bathroom floor when someone showered. Other than that - great hotel.
Room was big and suited our 4p family very well. It was very clean.
Internet connection was not good. couldn't accommodate 4 devices and was not stable.

30min walk to centre so after a day of walking , needed to get taxi or walk to a local restaurant in evening
Hotel has good location with quick access to busses and metro. Staff was neat and always helpful. Roomsv looked as new and were cleaned perfectly every day.
