Ease of stay - pool to beach to order drinks and food
Zero respect for the local culture. I could have been anywhere in the world. Pool staff especially inhospitable and incredibly rude. Whole premise of CX was lacking and was all about making money quite obviously outward to your customer.
Staff of the resort were extremely helpful & were always eager to help.
We rented the 3 bedrooms villa with kitchen as we have a baby and a toddler. However we were not allowed to cook for our kids - which defeated the purpose of renting the villa. Our kids were not be able to eat anything in the resort as there were no suitable food option for them. They snacked minimum amount of food through out the few days to survive. Amazing resort and facilities , plenty of activities to do. Wide range of breakfast choices. Sure is a 5 star rating.
The level of noise coming from another room from midnight to 3am. We called for the noise complaint x2 times by phone and went down to the main reception twice to complain. They didn’t do anything about. They offered me to move us which was not practical with with 3 sleeping children at Mirnight. It was good , pool and beach was great but not enough sun lounges, no money to exchange properly a bit here and there they spray chemical though the air-conditioning every day in witch made me sick .
Food on the Iland was below average some of the theme park was close and over rated
Fantastic location on the beach, amazing view. Staff are excellent, polite and helpful. Beautiful comfortable room. Breakfast very good except every morning they ran out of coffee cups or one of the coffee machines wasn't working. One day stood in the line for almost 10 minutes. Great hotel with a lot of facilities to explore and enjoy; such as Vinwonders and Vinpearl Land. Staff were all friendly and helpful! Beautiful pool and Beach to sit and relax!
The rooms were a little outdated and seen some mold around the sink area. The air-con has a musty smell!
