Not having easy transport to old Town and shops
Lots to do and very well maintained
It is a bit isolated so you really only have one choice for dinner on site.

While our overall stay at Vinpearl Nam Hoi An was enjoyable, I did want to share some feedback regarding the maintenance of the villa. There were a few areas that could benefit from better upkeep. We noticed a visible stain on the sofa in the living area, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness and comfort. Many don't understand English creating confusion when ordering food or services.
Pool area is well kept, large pool lovely view of ocean.
Room was dated and a little shabby.. places to eat very limited, caters more for families not great for a relaxing evening meal. Quality of restaurant food was 3 star. Not great for couples, booked last minute for 2 nights reasonable price but not really a 5 star hotel..
Vinpearl Resort Hoi An is a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning facilities, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent service.
The hotel’s services and restaurants are expensive, and its location is a bit far from the center of Hoi An and Da Nang international airport!
Villa is beautiful. But u need a tuk tuk yo go around and it’s a bit not so comfortable to book and wait… 2d1n is not enough to explore the park. Note: u need to buy ticket within the resort for multiple entries in a day Food is good. Morning buffet coffee is a bomb. I got two cups because it was tooo good my whole family love it. U get this coffee with the girl right after the entrance
Reception Slow, inefficient, long waiting every time, not even that many customers. I really do not think this part deserves a 5*. One time when I approached there were 2 girls and 1 customer and the other girl just walked away when I almost reached the counter. How clean and tidy it was and how friendly all the staff were
Was great except there was a big birthday party being held and our last 2 nights were very interrupted. They started setting up a stage at roughly 10:00pm with trucks pulling up beside our villa and unloading scaffolding all night and didn’t finish until roughly 4:00am. They were quite loud.
