The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and one of the best things about the place, the pool has excellent quality and the wooden sunbeds are robust and comfortable, the bed was big, clean and comfortable and the coffee you order is really good, the location has a pretty view because it is on top of a hill, the atmosphere is relaxed.
This hotel is by no means 4* - rather 2*: The reception has opening hours 8-22h - is not non-stop There is no possibility for lunch/ dinner or even snacks in the hotel (no restaurant) And it is FORBIDDEN to eat in the rooms - forget about room service, after having no possibility to access food in the hotel or within walking distance after breakfast, you cannot even eat your ordered pizza in the r...Read more
The hotel is good value for what you pay, but it does seem as though it is a luxury hotel from the booking.com website and this didn’t quite meet my expectations.
The pool area is very small and the sunbeds only lay completely flat. The hotel is advertised as having sound proof rooms however we were kept up for two hours after going to bed due to music playing and people walking around in the corridors. Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. Shane about the shower, it just had a shower curtain and water sprayed everywhere. It was a lovely size bathroom that could have been used more user friendly
There was no option for evening meal. The hotel was in a small village where there was nowhere to eat either.
Bad was confortable and room was large.
Cleaning was not good enough, they change towels everyday but they didnt change Bad sheets were not changed in one week. Otel must consider using mosquito net for Windows and balkony door. Our bathroom door frame was broken so that bathroom door can not be closed.
Absolutely amazing stay. The owner is extremely nice and they recommend you so much great stuff to do in the area. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and brand new. Such a lovely outside area. Breakfast a la carte in the yard every morning and a nice balcony with the room so you can enjoy your afternoon/evening.

A little out in the sticks about a €10-15 Uber into Pula town centre (we knew this when booking). Beautiful property, pool area, outdoor seating and dining area all lovely. Josip went above and beyond.
Didn't get chance to mention to Josip but the hairdryer kept cutting out in less than a minute.
Myself and my boyfriend were extremely impressed with the overall experience of this hotel.
