Pros (+) The property is beautifully decorated and set on a cliff with stunning views of Porto. The staff was very friendly and attentive and accommodating. Took an upgrade for a little extra money and got a room with a view, an extremely comfortable king bed and luxurious rain shower. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the property.
Cons (-) A little trouble with WiFi connection but other than that no complaints.

Pros (+) Room was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The design of the hotel with guest access from both the top and bottom of the bridge is clever and very convenient. Metro station at the front door. Very comfortable bed and good air conditioning, Excellent breakfast.
Cons (-) Room service menu limited (the wine bar has a better menu). Barista made coffee at breakfast would have been the finishing touch (rather than a Nespresso pod machine)
