Pros (+) Room was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculate. The design of the hotel with guest access from both the top and bottom of the bridge is clever and very convenient. Metro station at the front door. Very comfortable bed and good air conditioning, Excellent breakfast.
Cons (-) Room service menu limited (the wine bar has a better menu). Barista made coffee at breakfast would have been the finishing touch (rather than a Nespresso pod machine)

Pros (+) The staff were great, location very good.
Cons (-) Air conditioner didn't work, no matter the temp it blew hot air. We had to open the window it was so hot. Rather cheap of you to charge after we used 2 Nespresso capsules. Really, for the 1,000+ euros you are going to nickel and dime me for coffee capsules?? It was quite noisy till about midnight. The corner outside 401 had it's share of drunks every night, skateboarding, yelling etc.

Pros (+) This hotel is in the best location! The breakfast sumptuous and delicious and included a stunning view. The view and sunset from the room was amazing. The staff very friendly and efficient. Loved this hotel and highly recommend
