Pros (+) Fantastic hotel - great facilities and lovely staff. Just out of the hustle and bustle of Porto but easy to walk to centre on foot and close to light rail station. Pool is excellent and breakfast is 10/10!

Pros (+) Quiet air conditioner. Quiet and calm overall. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
Cons (-) Pool area and rooftop lounge were quite small which didn’t come across on the hotel information when we were choosing the hotel.

Cons (-) It’s super minor, but would have loved to have been able to watch some better tv on an evening. As a solo traveller, Netflix would have been great! But really, nothing I didn’t like!

Pros (+) Had a pool. Wonderful helpful staff. Was able to park our vehicle directly outside the hotel. Near a metro station.

Cons (-) It’s obvious that the head office has some policies that staff have to follow that frankly are ridiculous. For example I asked for some fresh milk for tea for my wife (who is English) and they said they would have to charge extra for that. Like what? Have they never had anyone English stay in the hotel before? Milk with tea is essential. Even when they offered to bring extra creamers they said if ...
