Pros (+) I don't know where to start! We were greeted upon our arrival with an offer of champagne or still water. Plus there was a selection of fresh cookies and apples. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They took us to our room and showed us how to use the TV, AC and other tidbits of info. The breakfast selection is over the top and scrump-dilli-ious! The rooms are modern, spacious and so inviting....
Cons (-) Nada! My husband and I love everything about this hotel and the wonderful staff. We highly recommend and plan to return.

Pros (+) Staff went above and beyond! They booked things for us and even helped us order a charger for a phone and have it delivered to us. Joanna was well informed and provided so much information. ALL the staff including the breakfast staff provided the best service we ever had at any hotel. Breakfast was exceptional! Highly recommend the avocado toast and Nutella crepe!
Cons (-) The hotel was exceptional but the location was a bit of a walk away from the tourist areas. I wouldn’t suggest it if you have mobility issues. But Ubers and taxis are just a call away and staff is ready to make that call.
