The property was quiet and spacious, with beautiful outside areas, which were modern, clean and well-kept. We were a family of 5 and it was a comfortable fit. The corner plot is spacious, with nice views of the sea, especially from the top-floor balcony’s.
For this location you definitely need a car. Whilst the beach and town are only a short distance in a straight line on a map, it is up a hill, which makes walking it not very easy, especially at night. With a car, everything is 5-8 mins away.
The pool is nice, the view is great, and the villa in itself is pretty neat as well, with two bathrooms and space for 8 people, if we are not counting the couch. They offered to clean after day one, although we did not need that. The neighbors did not complain about us buying on the louder side. As we were at a bachelor party, we are grateful for that. The kitchen and the barbeque were poorly equipped, although we managed. We had to buy some stuff like a sponge for example. There were no cutting board and pan. The coffee machine was a filter/drip one, but you shouldn't expect a good espresso in Greece either way. The Wi-fi and the 4G were poor as well. A beautiful villa located just a short distance away from the town. On a hill with lovely views and a gentle sea breeze, walkable for those who are fit, but easy to grab a taxi back. Olga and her team are lovely.
The villa is spacious and very clean. It has a stunning sea view and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The host was very kind and helpful. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children and our stay was a great pleasure for everyone.
The water temperature in the pool could be a bit cooler. You couldn't really cool off.

It was one of the best accommodation that we had. We enjoyed our time there (group of 3 couples and 2 other friends). We warmly recommend Villas Hanioti for a great time in Chaniotis, Chalkidiki.
