Pros (+) The staff were amazing! These young, friendly and very professional people were SO attentive, and made our stay fantastic. They helped us plan our bike trip around the wine region, helped us store our bikes, and even provided some snacks for the road. Every single person we encountered was absolutely incredible. The room was splendid, and we had a luxurious stay!

Pros (+) We thought this was a fabulous hotel with some of the best staff ever, for our stay, led by Camille and her colleagues. They were very personable, welcoming, attentive and always professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
