Junior suite was nice and comfortable. I visit the hotel on the regular basis. I like the offer of wines. Design if the hotel is really nice. Spa is very good.
During the peak the main restaurant is unable to absorp the demand, but it is normal.

Friendly, attentive, highly professional staff throughout. Incredible building, interior design. Great facilities including the theatre for shows, heated outdoor pool with a view and well equipped spa and gym.
Beautiful hotel in the mountain very well decorated. You feel its history and the atmosphere is really great. One of the best hotel in Switzerland
