The breakfast was amazing, staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The restaurant Terra was fabulous. The view from our room was spectacular and the hotel gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon.
The road up to the property is very tricky to navigate. The outdoor wellness centre didn’t open as early as we’d hoped. The gym is still yet to open.
We had an great time there, even with the bad weather. Rooms are large (at least the one we've had), modern and very well cleaned. It's very well placed, not too far from Portofino, and with a little effort (and a car) even the Cinque Terre can be visited from this base. Both restaurants are very good quality, we've had dinner in both of them. Breakfast is not buffet, so it's difficult to compare ...
The personnel in the reception is not exactly 5 star and there's a lot of noise from the cleaning people.Read more

While the experience was nearly flawless, the only minor issue was the Wi-Fi signal, which occasionally dropped in certain areas. However, this hardly detracted from the overall relaxation and enjoyment.Read more
The hotel is romantic, the staff are very classy, the services are excellent, and the restaurant has excellent food.
The street to the hotel is very narrow, especially if you have a large car.

Staff were meaning well and kept trying but weren't always delivering. The water in the pool was brackish and had a bug infestation at the corners.
A wonderful resort with one of the best views we have ever seen. The whole staff was so kind, the food in both restaurants as well as the breakfast were amazing - we had a perfect stay. A big thank you!
