Everything! We had the most wonderful night in Positano staying here. The location of the hotel is excellent and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the balcony was a lovely touch.

The location was ideal - a short walk ( about 60 steps up) to the centre of Ravello, the staff were wonderful and of course the view is just unbelievable For those who drive ( hopefully a very small) EV here - the onsite EV charger was fast enough to get a full charge in a few hours - and there are plenty of carparking spaces - a rarity on the Amalfi coast

you do not get a luxury feeling despite paying 360 euro. you feel it in the lay-out, the furniture, and even the room snacks which are simple and not appealing. we booked a "sea view room on booking' though it took us some hassle to get the room, as a suite with seaview was tranlsted into latteral seaview. The property offers great views and is easy accesible by car
No atmosphere or charm. Room small without any ambient.
Outstanding views and modern room. Very good breakfast and good quality food. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Snacks could be complimentary given the price.
The location and setting are exceptional. The rooms and bathrooms were great with super views of the sea and bay below. The sound insulation of the rooms was great. We were provided with a shuttle service to the city center whenever we needed it.
Nothing major. Stairs and walkways need sweeping more often to prevent flowers and leaves from sticking to your shoes and you dragging them into the room with you. But really it is a minor issue.
Very loud air conditioning spoiled the peaceful setting.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, Wifi did not connect in our room, quality of food was poor and coffee was not included in breakfast - additional charge on top of paying for breakfast. Pool was nice however, towels weren’t regularly collected from previous guests, no intuitive way of knowing where to obtain a fresh towel from. Pool staff need to be present to serve and keep pool area tidy.
